Abstract:Enteric granulomatous inflammation can be caused by a number of conditions including Crohn's disease, sarcoidosis, enteric infections, chronic granulomatous disease and also by drug reactions. Granulomas have also been described in microscopic colitis associated with certain medications and autoimmune diseases.
