Çocuklarda Postoperatif Ağrı Yönetimi

Abstract: Postoperatif ağrı, ameliyat sonrası dönemde morbidite ve mortaliteyi etkileyebilen önemli bir etkendir. Çocuklarda ağrıyla ilgili bilgiler gün geçtikçe artıyor olmasına rağmen ağrı tedavisinde hala yetersizlikler mevcuttur. Postoperatif ağrıyı azaltmak için intraoperatif ve postoperatif birçok yöntem bulunmaktadır. Bu derlemede "Postoeratif Ağrı Tedavisi Kılavuzu" eşliğinde çocuklarda postoperatif ağrı yönetimi hakkında güncel bilgilerin anlatılması amaçlanmıştır.
