Cockroach as the Earliest Eusocial Animal

Abstract: A completely preserved cockroach Sociala perlucida gen. et sp. nov. (Blattida: Socialidae fam. nov.) is described from the Mesozoic (Albian Early Cretaceous) amber of Archingeay in France.
