Coating Effect on Magnetic Properties of Fe36Co36B19.2Si4.8Mo3W1Amorphous Ribbons

Abstract: In this research, the electrodeposition technique was employed to prepare ne-grained nickel, iron and iron--cobalt coatings with 1 µm thicknesses on the substrate of the Fe36Co36B19.2Si4.8Mo3W1 amorphous ribbons. The coating eect on magnetic properties was examined at room temperature using an ADE Magnetics EV9 vibrating sample magnetometer with maximum magnetic eld strength of 1750 kA/m.
