Coastal Shuttle Tanker Scheduling Model Considering Inventory Cost and System Reliability

Abstract: The near-sea offshore oil extraction and transportation system use heterogeneous fleets to transfer crude oil from the floating production storage and offloading to the land-based oil storage port.
