Abstract:Patients with concomitant cardiovascular diseases and traditional cardiovascular risk factors (age, male gender, arterial hypertension, diabetes mellitus and obesity) belong to a particularly vulnerable cohort characterized by progressive severe COVID-19 and high hospital mortality.
