Coaching during a crisis: Organizational coaches' praxis adaptation during the initial stages of the Covid‐19 pandemic

Abstract: The chaotic initial stages of the Covid‐19 pandemic severely challenged organizations. Economies shut down and millions of people were confined to their homes.
