Coaching as a Tool for Innovative Leader Development

Abstract

Peculiarities of using couching for the purpose of leaders development in organizations. In a highly competitive environment a company would be able to
 perform effectively only if there are leaders at all organizational levels, capable of initiating and implementing innovative processes. Coaching is considered
 to be one of the innovation leadership fostering tool and grows in popularity worldwide largely due to its remarkable efficiency. The essence of coaching as a
 tool for leaders development is revealed, as well as its purpose and process.
 The original approach is proposed to emancipate consciousness removing barriers blocking new ideas generation based on a synthesis of the classical methods
 of ideas generating. This approach can be used in the process of innovations creation. Also described are the role and methods of choosing professional
 coach.
