Abstract:Spent mushroom substrates can be utilized as organic fertilizer in agricultural production but may pose a health risk. Nitrification inhibitors dicyandiamide and 3,4-dimethylpyrazole phosphate have been used to enhance fertilizer nitrogen utilization efficiency.
