Co-incorporation of hydrotalcite and starch into biochar-based fertilizers for the synthesis of slow-release fertilizers with improved water retention

Abstract: The unsatisfactory nutrient slow-release and water-retention performance of traditional biochar-based compound fertilizers (BCF) severely limit their practical application.
