A dróntechnológia része lett a mindennapi életnek és asszimilálódott minden ágazatba. A drónok, vagy más néven UAV-k (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle - pilóta nélküli légi jármű) a mezőgazdaság és az ipar mellett a rendészet és rendvédelem integrált részeként jelennek meg (határvédelem, közbiztonság, tömegrendezvények felügyelete, kritikus infrastruktúrák védelme, bűnügyi felderítés, eltűnt személy kutatása, balesti helyszínelés). A drónok azon képessége, hogy pilóta nélküli felderítést tesznek lehetővé, így az emberi egészség és élet védelmét szolgálják, felbecsülhetetlenné teszik őket. Ugyanakkor éppen sokoldalúságuk miatt rendvédelmi kockázatot is jelentenek, ugyanis előnyös tulajdonságaikat nem csak a rendvédelmi szervek aknázhatják ki. A jelenlegi kutatások és szakirodalom jellemzően vagy a drónok rendvédelmi hasznosságát, vagy biztonságtechnikai kockázatukat vizsgálja. Ugyanakkor ahhoz, hogy a drónok fejlesztése a jogszabályalkotás, a vonatkozó biztonságtechnikai protokoll megfelelő irányba fejlődhessen, elengedhetetlen e két nézőpont együttes vizsgálata. Jelen cél integráltan vizsgálni a drónok biztonságtechnikai szerepét, majd az általuk jelentett biztonságtechnikai kockázatok vizsgálata után a konklúziók, illetve javaslattételek megfogalmazása.

Africa is a net importer of food, especially cereal grains, despite the importance of agriculture in the continent. The agricultural growth in Africa has been undermined by low investment in agriculture, poor infrastructure, high population growth rate, and low adoption of technologies. The agri-food value chain in many African countries will benefit from the adoption of appropriate technologies that are available in the digital landscape to leverage the agricultural sector, make it more attractive to the teeming youth population, and to reverse rural-urban migration. Attention to indigenous cereal grains and other crops that are grown locally and processed into different local foods would ensure food security. However, the availability of these crops in the market is often reduced due to damage before harvest by pests and predators leading to economic losses for farmers. In this article, we review the literature from a multidisciplinary perspective on the relevance of African indigenous food grains to food security in general and we highlight the potential application of drones to increase the yield of cereal grains in three regions of the continent—eastern, western, and southern Africa.

The task of forming a system of remote monitoring of soil conditions based on unmanned aerial vehicles was solved by this work. The authors conducted an experimental study that showed the principal possibility of such monitoring. It was shown that the most informative channel is the red one when using a high resolution digital camera. As a result of statistical processing, the experimental regression dependences allowing to estimate the amount of humus in the soil with the error not exceeding the value of 16 percent were received. Experimental plots were laid for conducting experiments for which the soil quality was determined by laboratory methods according to Tyurin. Similar experiments with the use of hyperspectral equipment were defined as further research.
