Abstract:Objective: Andexanet alfa is approved for the reversal of life-threatening or uncontrolled bleeding due to factor-Xa inhibitors. Data are limited on outcomes for patients who receive both andexanet alfa and 4-factor prothrombin complex concentrate (4F-PCC).
