CNPY4 inhibits the Hedgehog pathway by modulating membrane sterol lipids

Abstract: The Hedgehog (HH) pathway is critical for development and adult tissue homeostasis. Aberrant HH signaling can cause congenital malformations, such as digit anomalies and holoprosencephaly, and other diseases, including cancer.
