Clustering and prefetching techniques for network-based storage systems

Abstract: In this paper, we analysed the number of blocks that need to be prefetch for the streaming applications and the number of block request that could be clustered in a network buffer, so that the streaming applications can run without jittering and demand misses can be satisfied in reasonable time.
