Learning to use information technology is a new learning trend as an alternative model of manual learning that knows so far. Some universities use elearning in their learning process, however because of increasing elearning file storage capacity used, Universities must provide infrastructure in the form of hardware with good specifications which of course requires high investment costs. Cloud computing is an information technology service that can be accessed by customers through computer resources connected to the internet. This mechanism allows users to rent information technology resources such as infrastructure and storage via the internet, Institutions can save IT investment because using this technology. This paper is explain about the implementation of learning technology using cloud computing approach called Cloud Learning System (CLS). CLS is hoped can help the learning process become more efficient, especially for institutions that will implement learning models online with the internet without having to invest in providing infrastructure in the learning system for students. This research used Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) to evaluate the results of student acceptance of the Cloud Learning System. The evaluation results using TAM indicate the level of user acceptance, the results of Confidence, Complexity, Time Limits, Usability, Ease of Use, and Behavioral Intention jointly influence the use of Cloud Learning System with F count> F table ( 11,625.> 2,42).

For the time being, the educational institutions are keen to use e-learning in their educational environment. This, in turn, will support their learning process and allow the learners to access any service or learning material or information at any time they need it. With all the pros by the e-learning, it still suffers from many problems that are explained clearly in this paper. In contrast, along with the innovation of cloud computing technology as a new paradigm in the IT world. With the establishment of cloud computing, numerous services for numerous fields (e.g., education, business, and government) have been introduced that have greatly facilitated the e-learning. In this paper, it demonstrates how the inclusion of the cloud computing paradigm in the e-learning environment assist positively. A lot of obstacles that are introduced by e-learning have been remedied. It combines the cloud computing in the e-learning system, thus, the proposed E-learning Embracing Cloud Computing Model (ELECCM) has completely developed and performed with all the essential components that are needed for their architecture. The study presents all the procedures that are run in order by the proposed system. Then, a fully functional e-learning system based on cloud computing; with low cost and low technical barriers, is demonstrated and explained clearly.

The aim of this research is to investigate the problems faced by students in adopting and accepting the use of e-learning in higher education institutions at the University of Technology (UOT). Many researchers have used the factors influencing the acceptance of technology for the perceived usefulness and the perceived ease of use of students' intention to use technology. These factors are used to determine their impact on the acceptance and use of e-learning model provided by the University of Technology. This study seeks to expand the model by suggesting a set of examining variables that can affect both perceived utility and perceived ease of use. In addition to testing the developed model on the use of adopting e-learning in higher education based on a sample of behavior intention of students in UOT. A questionnaire conducted to the students of two collages: computer science and software engineering departments with 258-returned recording 52.2% return rate. The collected data analyzed using SPSS 24 and Excel 2017. To evaluate the measurement and structure the model, the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) used. The finding showed that the value of the social norm(α=0.83, p<0.05) highly predicted perceived usefulness(α=0.73, p<0.05) also highly predicts perceived ease of use, but, behavior intention(BI) was highly effective by the value of the social norm(SN), perceived usefulness, perceived of easy to use. The behavior intention highly predicts by BI (α=0.17, p<0.05).It was found that the percentage of variance for students in the intention to use e-learning was 38%.
