Cloud computing is a paradigm that has become popular in recent decade. The flexibility, scalability, elasticity, inexpensive and unlimited use of resources have made the cloud an efficient and valuable infrastructure for many organizations to perform their computational operations. Specifically, the elasticity feature of cloud computing leads to the increase of complexity of this technology. Considering the emergence of new technologies and user demands, the existing solutions are not suitable to satisfy the huge volume of data and user requirements. Moreover, certain quality requirements that have to be met for efficient resource provisioning such as Quality of Service (QoS) is an obstacle to scalability. Hence, autonomic computing has emerged as a highly dynamic solution for complex administration issues that goes beyond simple automation to self-learning and highly-adaptable systems. Therefore, the combination of cloud computing and autonomics known as Autonomic Cloud Computing (ACC) seems a natural progression for both areas. This paper is an overview of the latest conducted research in ACC and the corresponding software engineering techniques. Additionally, existing autonomic applications, methods and their use cases in cloud computing environment are also investigated.

Abstract. The consumer market ever more calls for diversified products in small batches and the industry lacks production systems that meet the demands with efficiency and ability to adapt quickly. Integrated manufacturing systems implemented have their management for programmable logic controllers and electrical interconnections, control logic and satisfactory robustness, but they do not attend the needs of diversity and flexibility in production. The solutions to these needs refer the company to migrate to the use of new technologies of control, circuit and logic. But, for an industry migrates is a very big and expensive step. Then, there is an urgent need for methods that implement the interface between logic controllers and multi-agent systems in order to evolve an integrated manufacturing system taking advantage of all electrical circuitry, control logic and the logic controller that installs itself, taking advantage of the self-adapting characteristics that the multi-agent systems provide.

Abstract:A multi agent distributed data mining system for diagnosing diabetes and classification is proposed. Here we are introducing four agents namely user agent, connection agent, updation agent, and security agent. In which each agent performs their own task under the coordination of the connection agent. The user agent collects the user symptoms in order to predict the patient status also the knowledge based of the system. Updation agent is responsible for prescribing drugs for the patient. For secure communication, the proposed technique introduces one security agent between connection agent and updation agent. Here the user symptoms are encrypted by means of advanced encryption standard (AES). Finally, updation agent is classifying the user symptoms and then evaluates the diabetes level with the help of hybrid firefly based neural network algorithm. The performance of the proposed system will acquire with the classification accuracy. The proposed method will be implemented in JAVA platform.
