Various industrial and business sectors use Software-as-a-Service due to its fast services. However, Software-as-a-Service providers face various challenges in providing high-quality services while simultaneously managing vast multi-tenant infrastructure models and increasingly complex user requirements. To address these problems, we identified those factors that affect the quality of Software-as-a-Service from the perspective of provider–user relationship and investigated how service providers can objectively improve user satisfaction. In a case study, we evaluated the perceived service quality of an information system in the public sector based on user satisfaction with the quality of external outsourcing service in terms of assurance, empathy, responsiveness, reliability, and communication. We identified new sub factors (commitment, skills, effectiveness, change management, business processes, and motivation) and proposed action steps that can guide best practices in ensuring Software-as-a-Service quality. These factors are greatly influenced by the communication between providers and users.

Service-Oriented Computing (SOC) activates communication through web services to provide computing as a service for business applications in the Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA). To make SOC successful, finding a needed service to build a system directly depending on the collection of services is a critical confront, in this paper we planned the clustering-based approach called Dynamic Clustering (DCLUS). The novelty in DCLUS compared to static-based clustering technique is the use of dynamic clustering technique. In existing CLUS, the static various widths clustering method is exploited for the users and services clustering. However, due to the limitations of static clustering, we proposed dynamic clustering to optimize the performance of clustering using data mining to find the associations and patterns, for services, and also the prediction accuracy. The performance of the proposed DCLUS system will be implemented and evaluated facing the existing system in phases of precision, recall, and f-score performance metrics using the research dataset.

Cloud computing provides facilities. These facilities increased demand for its using as institutions and individuals moved to the cloud service. Therefore, cloud service providers must provide services to users based on the expected quality. One of the main challenges presented by the cloud computing is the Quality of Service management. QoS management is defined as allocating resources to applications to ensure service based on reliability, performance and availability. It is necessary to allocate resources based on load balancing that allows avoiding overloading or low loading in virtual machines, and this is a challenge for researchers in the field of cloud computing. This research highlights the importance of cloud computing, its types and importance, It also reviews some researches in the field of quality assurance of service in computing.
