Clonal granulocytes and bone marrow cells in the cellular phase of agnogenic myeloid metaplasia

Abstract: Myelofibrosis with myeloid metaplasia (MMM) belongs to the group of myeloproliferative syndromes. It is characterized by a sustained proliferation of megakaryocytes and increased medullary reticulin fibers.
