Abstract: A 59-year-old woman presented with left shoulder pain and stiffness of 12 months' duration. She had previously undergone an anatomic left total shoulder arthroplasty four years ago for avascular necrosis of the humeral head with advanced secondary glenohumeral osteoarthritis.
