Abstract:Introduction: Idiopathic clubfoot or congenital talipes equinovarus is the most common orthopedic congenital deformity. Club foot affects roughly one in every 1000 live births, and it is bilateral in about half of the cases. The four components of a congenital club foot are cavus, adduction, varus, and equinus.
