Clinician-identified problems and solutions for delayed diagnosis in primary care: a PRIORITIZE study

Abstract: BackgroundDelayed diagnosis in primary care is a common, harmful and costly patient safety incident. Its measurement and monitoring are underdeveloped and underutilised.
