Clinician empathy is associated with differences in patient–clinician communication behaviors and higher medication self-efficacy in HIV care

Abstract: Objective We examined associations of clinicians’ empathy with patient-clinician communication behaviors, patients’ rating of care, and medication self-efficacy.
