“…The major causes of neuronal death in sepsis are the emergence of oxidative stress and the production of proinflammatory cytokines (Huang et al, 2014). The pro-inflammatory factors TNF-α, IL-6, and IL-1β all have a significant impact on sepsis onset and incidence (Huang et al, 2022;Wu et al, 2022;Yang et al, 2022). MDA is a significant byproduct of oxidative damage, and SOD SOD and CAT, particularly SOD1 and SOD2, is thought to be regulated by FOXO1, a metabolic and antioxidant enzyme (Li et al, 2019).…”

“…The analysis revealed a considerable rise in the pace of granulation of the wounds to which the ointment was administered, as well as a significant improvement in the deposition of collagen fibers and the formation of tissue on the wounds. On the other hand, “SheXiangYuHong” cream can also regulate the expression of Interleukin-6 (IL-6) [ 63 ] and tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) [ 64 ], which are pro-inflammatory factors involved in the inflammatory process, to slow down the inflammatory response. Fei et al [ 65 ], discussed the effects of Shixiang plaster and aminoguanidine on wound healing in diabetic rats.…”
