Abstract: Objective: To explore the clinical effect and safety of cranioplasty combined with ipsilateral ventriculoperitoneal shunts in the treatment of skull defects with hydrocephalus. Methods: The clinical data of 78 patients with skull defects with hydrocephalus were analyzed retrospectively.
