Clinical Reasoning: A case of subacute cognitive decline in a 76-year-old man

Abstract: A 76-year-old, right-handed man presented to our emergency department with a 3-day history of cognitive decline following a motor vehicle collision. Medical history included hypertension, atrial fibrillation, and renal dysfunction.
