Clinical Presentation & Operative Treatment of Leiomyoma of Uterus and its Outcome

Abstract: Introduction: Uterine leiomyoma is remarkably common, however only a subset of women have their fibroids clinically detected, symptomatic, or warrant surgical treatment.
