Clinical pitfalls in misoprostol‐based medical management of first‐trimester induced and presumed spontaneous abortion

Abstract: When administered inappropriately, first-trimester misoprostol management of induced or spontaneous abortion can result in loss or damage of a continuing pregnancy.
