Enfortumab vedotin (EV) displayed high efficacy in patients with metastatic urothelial carcinoma (UC) in the EV301 trial. 1 To date, few reports have described the real-world use of EV, and thus, established prognostic factors in UC patients treated with EV remain unavailable.
