Abstract: Introduction: ACS has a wide clinical presentation, ranging from asymptomatic conditions to cardiac arrest, with chest discomfort being the main clinical symptom. Chest pain is a challenge for doctors in the emergency room and accounts for 5 to 10% of visits.
