Цель. Целью настоящей работы явилась сцинтиграфическая оценка состоя-ния симпатической иннервации миокарда и коронарной микроциркуляции у пациентов с фибрилляцией предсердий (ФП). Материал и методы. В исследование были включены 40 пациентов с диаг-нозом ИБС II-III ФК стенокардии, ГБ III ст. I-МИБГ на ранних и на отсроченных сцинтиграммах был достоверно больше по сравнению с группами больных с ПФП и без ФП. При оценке коронарной микроциркуляции не было выявлено достоверных различий по размеру дефекта перфузии между исследуемыми группами. Заключение. Данное исследование показало, что у пациентов с ФП имеют место наиболее выраженные изменения функционального состояния симпа-тической нервной системы миокарда левого желудочка по отношению к группе пациентов без признаков ФП. При этом ФП не оказывает значимого влияния на миокардиальный кровоток, а наиболее значимые нарушения региональной симпатической активности наблюдаются у пациентов с длительно персисти-рующей формой ФП.
