Clinical observation of umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cell treatment of severe systolic heart failure

Abstract: ABSTRACT. The aim of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) in the treatment of chronic systolic heart failure. Fifty-nine hospitalized patients with heart failure were randomly divided into a treatment group (30 patients) and a control group (29 patients).
