Abstract: Objective: This study, it was conducted to determine the relationship between COVID-19 phobia and professional commitment of clinical nurse. Materials and methods: Data were collected from 283 clinical nurses who worked at hospital during the COVID-19 pandemic between September 2020 and Feburary 2021, using a Personal Information Form, COVID-19 Phobia Scale and Nursing Professional Commitment.
