Clinical Manifestations and Prognosis of Unexpected Uterine Sarcoma

Abstract: Background To investigate the clinical manifestations and treatment of unexpected uterine sarcoma (UUS) and thus to improve the preoperative diagnostic rate and to reduce the risk of unexpected tumor dissemination. Methods The study retrospectively analyzed 45 UUS patients and 21 patients of preoperatively diagnosed uterine sarcoma (PDUS).
