Abstract:BackgroundIntracranial hemorrhage due to a ruptured aneurysm is one of the most serious neurosurgical emergencies. The patient mostly presents with severe headaches and neurological deterioration. A rapid diagnosis and an interdisciplinary approach play a major role in the fate of these patients.
