Clinical Investigation on Total Hip Replacement for Complete Dislocation of Femoral Head

Abstract: One would say it is difficult to treat high-riding dislocation of the hip joint at a stretch. There required some special operative techniques : to strip surrounding muscles from the femur to pull-down femoral head to the original position, to dispose the dysplastic small original acetablum, and to insert the stem into a narrow canal of the femur.
