Abstract:Background: The coronary spasm provocation test using acetylcholine (ACh) is useful for diagnosing vasospastic angina (VSA). Paroxysmal atrial fibrillation (PAF) during ACh testing is frequent and usually transient. However, the clinical implications of PAF provoked by ACh is unknown.
