Zusammenfassung.
Angeborene Syphilis kann cardio‐vasculäre Veränderungen versursachen, die denjenigen gleichen, die man nach erworbener Lues sieht.
Die Litteratur über diesen Krankheiten wird erwähnt; es geht davon hervor, dass diese Herzleiden viel seltener als diejenigen nach erworbener Syphilis sind.
Bei den Totgeburten und Säglingen überwiegt die luische Mycarditis im Verhältinisse zu den Aortenerkrankungen, während man im älteren Kindesalter und bei jungen Individuen vorzuge‐weise die Aortitis findet, vielleicht mit Aneurysma, Cornar‐affection oder Insuffizienz kompliziert.
Auch die Hirnarterlen und andere periphere Gefässe werden von angeborener Lues befallen.— Es dreht sich hier um eine primäre obliterierende Endarterütis.
Bei der Herzeyphilis de Kinder sind dei Gummiknoten verhältinssmässing selten.
Zum Schluss wird ein Fall von luischer Aorteninsufizienz bei einem, 19‐jährigen Mädchen mit angeborener Lues mitgeteilt.
Die Wassermannreaktion war immer negativ geworden; und erst im Alter von 18 Jahren hat die Patientin Hersymptome verspürt, deren luische Aetiologie durch Sektion bestätigt wurde.
