Clinical features of sporadic multigland parathyroid disease

Abstract: Background. Sporadic multigland parathyroid disease (MGD) account for 1/4 of all cases of primary hyperparathyroidism (PHPT). There are no specific signs of MGD in comparison with single-gland parathyroid disease in PHPT.
