Abstract: Purpose: Clinical factors affecting the recovery period in patients with vascular or idiopathic paralytic strabismus were evaluated.Methods: This study involved a retrospective review of medical records of patients diagnosed with vascular and idiopathic acquired paralytic strabismus.
