Clinical experience with induction chemotherapy with TPP (THP-ADM, CDDP, PEP), TPF (THP-ADM, CDDP, 5-FU) and docetaxel for oral squamous cell carcinomas.

Abstract: We designed chemotherapeutic regimens combining docetaxel (TXT) and TPP (THP-ADM, CDDP, PEP) or TXT and TPF (THP-ADM, CDDP, 5 FU) for the treatment of oral squamous cell carcinomas and evaluated their primary effects. Nine patients were treated. Forty milligrams of TXT per square meter was administered on day 2 intravenously.
