“…A cross-sectional study in T2DM patients that examined the nerve conduction velocities of motor and sensory nerves, using NSS and NDS in patients with clinically detectable neuropathy showed significant electrophysiological changes with the duration of T2DM 475 . Similar results were observed in another study where NSS and NDS helped in prompt evaluation of diabetic sensorimotor polyneuropathy and in diagnosing subclinical cases [476][477][478] .
