Clinical case of gout in combination with metabolic syndrome in a young patient
M. Rapcun
Abstract:A clinical case of gout in a 28-year-old patient in combination with metabolic syndrome is presented. The need for a comprehensive examination of a patient with this pathology to exclude underdiagnosis and optimal choice of therapy has been demonstrated. The importance of identifying concomitant pathology and conducting hypouricemic therapy to exclude cardiovascular complications in the future is shown.
