Abstract:The article describes a clinical case of atypical aggressive progression of mycosis-associated hyperplasia of the lingual tonsil with proliferative changes in the pharyngeal and palatine tonsils. The features of etiology, pathogenesis, diagnostic challenges, and an effective treatment method for this pathology are presented.
