Abstract:The article presents a clinical case in which the use of a new method of surgical treatment of a HILL-SACHS type reversal fracture in chronic posterior shoulder dislocation is considered. In this clinical case, we proposed an operational-biomechanical theory, the main goal of which is surgical treatment of a HILL-SACHS reversal fracture with stabilization of the shoulder joint by moving the tendon of the long head of the biceps to the impression zone and fixing it with anchors.
