Abstract:BackgroundClonal cytopenia of undetermined significance (CCUS) is defined as somatic mutations of myeloid malignancy‐associated genes in the blood or bone marrow with one or more persistent unexplained cytopenias that do not meet diagnostic criteria for a defined myeloid neoplasm.
