Clinical and molecular characteristics of 26 fetuses with lethal multiple congenital contractures

Abstract: Multiple congenital contractures (MCC) due to fetal akinesia manifest across a broad spectrum of diseases, ranging from mild distal arthrogryposis to lethal fetal akinesia deformation sequence.
