Clinical and genetic characteristics of 36 children with Joubert syndrome

Abstract: Background and aimsJoubert syndrome (JBTS, OMIM # 213300) is a group of ciliopathies characterized by mid-hindbrain malformation, developmental delay, hypotonia, oculomotor apraxia, and breathing abnormalities.
