Clinical and economic outcomes of pharmacist-managed aminoglycoside or vancomycin therapy

Abstract: The presence of pharmacist-managed aminoglycoside or vancomycin therapy was associated with significant improvement in health care and economic outcomes for Medicare patients who received these drugs.
