Clinical Analysis of NMOSD with Area Postrema Syndrome as Initial Symptom

Abstract: Objective: Patients with neuromyelitis optica spectrum disease (NMOSD) with the initial manifestation of area postrema syndrome (APS) often have unexplained nausea and vomiting and are easily misdiagnosed for the NMOSD.
