Abstract: Due to the high toxicity of aflatoxin B 1 and its risks to human health, we developed a click reaction-mediated automated fluorescent immunosensor (CAFI) for sensitive detection of aflatoxin B 1 based on the Cu(I)-catalyzed click reaction.
